Villages in Val Gardena
The three Val Gardena municipalities of S. Cristina, Ortisei and Selva Val Gardena are as famous for their hospitality as they are for the art of woodcarving, which has a long tradition here. Surrender to the charm of the pretty villages, enjoy specialities of South Tyrolean cuisine in the cafés and restaurants and get to know the Ladin culture.
In the evening we will go to spend the night in our cozy hotel where a welcome dinner from our team will be waiting for you. We will get to know each other better and discuss plans for the week.
In the evening we rest in our hotel
Why you should visit Cortina d'Ampezzo we have described below :)
The Queen of the Dolomites offers all those who love cross-country skiing 70 km of piste at all levels of difficulty, framed by some of the most spectacular views in the Dolomites; some of them are inside the Natural Park of the Ampezzo Dolomites. Cortina is part of Dolomiti Nordicski, the largest cross-country skiing carousel in Europe with 1,300 km of piste, and it is linked to the Dobbiaco Nordic Arena in Val Pusteria, by means of a magnificent route on which the historic race Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina is held every year.
Cortina d’Ampezzo, or simply Cortina, is a gem of sheer beauty in the middle of the Italian Alps.
Set in the wide and sunny Ampezzo Valley, the small town is surrounded in all directions by some of the most scenic peaks of the Dolomite mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This place is perfect for photography lovers, and local landscapes will not leave anyone indifferent.
